I've been in the furniture retail game for a few years now, and honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed lately. With supply chain issues, changing consumer preferences, and all that jazz, it seems like every month brings a new challenge. Have others noticed a shift in what customers are looking for? I’ve had more people asking for sustainable materials and unique designs, which is cool, but it’s also tough to keep up with suppliers.
Also, pricing seems to be all over the place. I try to be competitive, but sometimes I wonder if my prices are scaring customers away.
