Is Cloud Storage Share Worth It for Traders?

I've been thinking about using cloud storage for sharing files and documents with my trading partners, but I'm unsure if it's really worth it. Has anyone here had good or bad experiences with it? I want something that’s reliable but also easy to use. I’ve heard of a few options like Google Drive and Dropbox, but I’m curious if there’s a specific one that traders prefer for price charts, research files, and such. Also, how do you manage security when sharing sensitive info? Any tips or recommendations would be super helpful! Thanks!
