What do you all think about investing in a diagnostics company?

I've been looking into a couple of diagnostics companies lately, and I'm curious to hear what others think. It seems like the sector is really booming, especially with the ongoing focus on health technology and personalized medicine. I found one company that specializes in genetic testing and another that's all about developing rapid tests for infectious diseases.

The numbers look promising, but I’m always cautious about investing in biotech. There are so many variables at play, like regulatory approvals and market competition. Has anyone had experience with these types of companies? Are there any red flags I should be aware of, or do you think there's real potential for growth in this space? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
