Is a Rights Issue a Good Opportunity or a Red Flag?

I’ve been hearing a lot of chatter about rights issues lately, and I’m torn. On one hand, it seems like a great way for companies to raise funds, especially in uncertain markets. But on the other, it feels like a signal that they might be struggling or need cash fast, which can be a bit worrying. Have any of you jumped on rights issues before? How do you decide if it’s worth the investment? I get nervous about the dilution of shares, but I’ve also seen companies come out stronger after a successful rights issue.
