Is Bond Stock Worth Investing In Right Now?

I've been hearing a lot about bond stocks lately, and I'm trying to figure out if they’re a good addition to my portfolio. With interest rates fluctuating and all the talk about potential market downturns, I’m feeling a bit lost. Some friends say bond stocks are a safer bet, while others think I’d miss out on better growth opportunities elsewhere.
