How do you gauge engagement in your trades?

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about engagement—especially in terms of how connected I feel to my trades and the markets. I used to just look at numbers and charts, but now I’m realizing that emotional and mental engagement plays a big role in my decision-making. Some days, I feel super in tune with my trades, and other days, it’s like I’m just going through the motions.

How do you guys keep yourselves engaged, especially when the market gets tough or isn't as exciting? Do you have any tricks or routines that help? I’m curious if anyone has found a specific approach that helps them stay focused and motivated. Would love to hear your thoughts!
