How do you define a great Healthcare Leader?
I’ve been thinking a lot about what makes a truly effective healthcare leader. It's more than just having the right credentials; it seems like emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to inspire are just as important. I’ve seen a few leaders who really connect with their teams and patients, and it makes such a difference in overall morale and success.
What do you all think? What qualities do you look for in a healthcare leader? Do you have any stories about leaders who’ve made an impact on you or your work? I’d love to hear different perspectives, especially from those of you in the trenches. How do you think leadership styles are evolving in the healthcare space?
