Is Property Ins Really Worth It?
I've been going back and forth about getting property insurance. On one hand, it seems like a safety net, especially with all the horror stories you hear about fires and floods. But then I wonder if I’m just throwing money away every month for something I may never need. Have any of you had experiences with property insurance that made it worth it? Or maybe you’ve had a bad experience that made you wish you hadn’t bothered? I’m curious if there are specific situations where it really pays off or if there are gaps in coverage I should be aware of. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I totally get where you're coming from! I was hesitant too, but after a friend had their house damaged in a storm and their insurance covered most of the repairs, I realized it's worth it. You never know when something crazy might happen, and the peace of mind is nice. Just make sure to read the fine print—some policies have weird exclusions!
