Is anyone else confused about how to manage position stock?

I've been trying to understand how to balance my holdings better, especially with the market being as volatile as it is right now. I’ve got a couple of stocks that I'm holding longer-term, but I feel like I might be overexposed in certain sectors. I’m curious about how others approach their position stock management. Do you have any strategies or rules of thumb? How do you decide when to cut losses or when to double down? Any insights on how to effectively monitor and adjust positions would be super helpful. It’s a bit overwhelming sometimes! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

I totally get where you're coming from! The volatility makes it hard to stick to a strategy. I usually set a percentage loss that I'm okay with before I decide to cut losses, and I try to diversify across sectors to avoid overexposure. Sometimes, I also look at overall market trends or news related to the sector before doubling down. It's definitely a balancing act!

I totally get where you're coming from! It can be tough to manage positions when the market is all over the place. I usually stick to a rule of only having a certain percentage of my portfolio in one sector to avoid overexposure. Cutting losses is hard but sometimes necessary—if it doesn't bounce back after a certain point, I let it go. I also keep an eye on market trends and news to decide when to double down. Staying informed helps a lot!
