Is it worth it to trade stock for a living?

I’ve been dabbling in stock trading for a while now, and I'm starting to wonder if I could really take it to the next level. I love the adrenaline rush, but I also have a full-time job, so I’m juggling both. For those of you who trade stocks regularly, do you think it’s feasible to make a decent living from it? How do you manage the risk and keep emotions in check? I’ve read a ton about strategies and market trends, but nothing beats actual experience. Any tips or personal stories would be super helpful! What’s your take on being a full-time trader versus keeping it as a side hustle?

I’ve been trading on the side for a couple of years, and while it can be exciting, turning it into a full-time gig is a big leap. The stress and emotional rollercoaster can be intense, especially during market downturns. I've found that setting strict limits on losses and sticking to a routine helps. If you love the thrill, maybe keep it as a side hustle for now while you build more experience and a solid strategy! Just remember to stay balanced!

You need a solid plan and a cushion to handle those rough patches. Emotions play a huge part—keeping them in check is key. Maybe stick with it as a side hustle for now while you build your skills and confidence?

Trading can be super rewarding, but it also comes with a lot of stress. I did it full-time for a year, and while the freedom was nice, the pressure to perform was intense. I eventually went back to a full-time job and trade on the side now. It lets me enjoy the thrill without the constant worry about making rent. Staying disciplined and sticking to a solid plan is key. Just make sure you’re comfortable with the risks and don't let emotions run the show!

Trading for a living can be intense and rewarding, but it’s not for everyone. The adrenaline rush is real, but the stress can also pile up. I’ve been trading on the side while keeping my day job, and I think that’s the
