I’ve been diving into some reading about issued stock and can’t help but wonder how it really impacts a company and its shareholders. I know it’s essentially the portion of stock that’s actually sold and distributed to investors, but how does this affect future earnings and shareholder value?
I’ve seen some companies that seem to thrive after issuing new stocks, and then others that take a dive. Is it all about timing and market perception, or are there other factors at play?
