Is it worth reporting a stock thats consistently underperforming?

I’ve been watching a particular stock for a while now, and it just keeps going downhill. I know there are a lot of factors to consider, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with reporting a stock that seems to be a lost cause. Do you think it’s worth the time and effort? I’m torn between moving on to better opportunities or trying to raise some awareness about it.
