What do you guys consider when deciding on an Exit Point?

I've been trading for a little while now, and I often find myself getting stuck on when to sell. Sometimes I have a target price in mind, but I second-guess it, thinking the stock might go higher. Other times, I panic sell just to cut losses. I’ve tried setting stop-loss orders, but sometimes they trigger at the worst moments! How do you guys figure out your exit points? Do you have any strategies or indicators you rely on? Any advice would be super appreciated since I’m trying to nail down this part of my trading plan. Would love to hear your experiences!
