Muni Fund:Worth the Investment?

I've been hearing a lot about muni funds lately and I'm curious to know what other traders think. I’m considering adding one to my portfolio, but I’m a bit hesitant. On one hand, the tax advantages sound appealing, especially since I’m in a higher tax bracket. But on the other hand, I’m worried about the risk factors involved, like the credit risks associated with municipalities.

Have any of you put money into muni funds? How has the performance been for you? Also, what do you think about the current market conditions for these funds? Is now a good time to jump in, or should I wait it out a bit? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
