What do you all think about using an Asset Manager?

I've been looking into getting an Asset Manager to help me navigate my investments better, but I'm a bit on the fence. I've done some basic trading myself, but the market feels so unpredictable these days. I hear mixed opinions from friends—some love the idea of having a professional handle their portfolio, while others say it's better to manage your own assets to avoid those management fees.

Has anyone here had real experience with one? Did it help you grow your investments, or did you feel like you could've done just as well on your own? I'm curious about the pros and cons, especially regarding fees and transparency. Would love to hear your thoughts!
