Is a Passive Fund Really Worth It?

I'm curious about passive funds and wanted to get some perspectives from fellow traders. I’ve always leaned towards active trading and picking stocks, but I keep hearing about the benefits of passive funds, especially for long-term wealth building. Are they really as low-maintenance as they say? How has your experience been with them?
