What’s the Deal with Officer Stock?
I’ve been hearing a lot about officer stock and its impact on a company's performance, but I’m feeling a bit lost. It seems like some companies really push their executives to hold onto their stock as a way to align their interests with those of shareholders, while others have different approaches. How do you all interpret these officer stock options? Do you think they actually motivate execs to perform better, or can they sometimes lead to short-term thinking? I’m curious about any examples you’ve seen where officer stock either helped or hindered a company’s direction. Would love to hear your thoughts!
