Are there really benefits to going eco-friendly in trading?

I've been dabbling in trading for a while now, and I keep hearing about the eco-friendly hype. Some traders say incorporating sustainable practices can boost your portfolio in the long run—like investing in green companies or sustainable funds. But is it really worth the effort?

I’m curious if anyone here has made the switch to eco-friendly practices in their trading strategies. Did you see any noticeable changes in your returns? And what about the companies you’re looking into—how do you gauge their eco-friendliness? I want to be responsible, but I'm also in this to make money. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
