Is switching to a digital bank worth it?

I’m really thinking about moving my banking to a digital bank, but I’m not sure if it’s the right choice. I love the idea of managing everything from my phone and having no pesky bank fees. But are they really secure? I’ve heard mixed opinions about customer service being hit or miss. For those who have made the switch, what’s your experience been like? Have you found any downsides? I’m especially curious about how easy it is to handle things like deposits and transfers. Any tips or recommendations would be super helpful!

I switched to a digital bank about a year ago, and overall, it's been a great experience! I love being able to manage everything on my phone and avoid those annoying fees. As for security, I've had no issues, but I always keep an eye on my account. Customer service can be a bit slow sometimes, but most of my banking needs are so straightforward I rarely need them. Deposits and transfers are super easy—definitely recommend giving it a try!

I've switched to a digital bank recently, and so far, I love it! No fees and easy app access make managing my money a breeze. Deposits are simple too—just take a photo of the check. Customer service can be a bit slow at times, but I've found them helpful when I needed support. Just be sure to check if they have all the features you need. Overall, I think it's worth it!

I switched to a digital bank a few months ago, and honestly, I love it! Managing everything on my phone is super convenient, and I haven’t had any issues with fees. Security feels solid, but I do miss talking to someone in person sometimes. Deposits and transfers are pretty easy using their app, but definitely read reviews on customer service before you choose one. Overall, I’d say it’s worth it if you’re comfortable with online banking!
