What’s the Best Payment Processor for Small Businesses?

I’ve been looking into different payment processing options for my small business, and it feels overwhelming with so many choices out there. I want something that’s easy to use, has reasonable fees, and offers good customer support. I’ve heard a lot about PayPal, Square, and Stripe, but I’m curious if anyone has had personal experiences with these or any others they’d recommend. What do you all think? Are there hidden costs I should watch out for? I’d love to hear what has worked for you or any tips for someone just starting to dive into the world of payment processing.

I totally get how overwhelming it can be! I’ve used Square for my small business and it’s super user-friendly with clear fees. PayPal's great for international transactions, but their fees can sneak up on you if you're not careful. Stripe has a solid setup for online stores, but you might want to watch for their transaction fees too. Just make sure to read the fine print on any hidden costs!

I totally get how overwhelming it can be! I've used both Square and PayPal for my small business. Square is super easy to set up and has no monthly fees, which is great if you’re just starting out. On the other hand, PayPal is widely recognized and trusted, but their fees can add up, especially for international transactions. Just make sure to read the fine print on fees for things like chargebacks and currency conversion. Definitely worth shopping around and maybe trying a couple to see what fits
