I’ve been hearing so much buzz about service robots lately, especially in retail and hospitality. A friend of mine works at a restaurant that just introduced a robot that can take orders and serve food. At first, I was skeptical—what about human interaction? But she says it actually makes things smoother and allows the staff to focus on providing a better experience.
