What’s your take on Puttable Bonds?

I’ve been looking into puttable bonds lately, and I’m curious about how everyone else feels about them. On one hand, the ability to sell back to the issuer before maturity sounds like a good safety net, especially in a rising interest rate environment. But I’m wondering if the lower yields are worth it in the long run.

Do you guys think the added flexibility justifies the potential trade-off in returns? Have you had any personal experiences with them? I’m trying to weigh the pros and cons as I consider adding something like this to my portfolio. Any insights or opinions would be super helpful!
