Is anyone else intrigued by perpetual bonds?

I’ve been reading up on them lately, and I’m really curious about the pros and cons. The idea of bonds that don’t mature and just pay interest forever sounds kind of appealing, but I can’t help but wonder about the risks involved. How do they hold up in different market conditions?

I mean, interest rates seem to be all over the place these days, and I’m not sure if that would affect the attractiveness of these bonds. Also, is it hard to find buyers if I ever want to sell mine? I’m thinking of diversifying my portfolio, and perpetual bonds caught my eye, but I’d love to hear from anyone who's actually invested in them. What’s been your experience?
