Are Short Term Bonds Worth It Right Now?

I’ve been looking into short term bonds lately and would love to hear what you all think. With the current interest rates and all the buzz about inflation, I’m feeling a bit torn. On one hand, they seem like a safer bet in this volatile market, especially for parking some cash. But on the other hand, I wonder if they’re really keeping up with inflation or if I’m just better off with something else.
