What’s everyone’s take on investing in a Core Fund?

I've been doing some research on Core Funds and I'm curious about what others think. I get the appeal of their stability and consistent returns, but I also wonder if they might limit potential gains in a booming market. I’ve been considering reallocating a portion of my portfolio into one as a foundational piece, but I’m unsure if it’s the right move.

Do you guys have any experiences or insights? Maybe you’ve seen specific funds that you think are worth looking into? I’m all ears for both the good and the bad—really trying to understand if they fit into a long-term strategy or if they’re just a safe place to park cash. Let’s hear your thoughts!
