Is Stable Value the Best Bet for Conservative Investors?

I've been diving into different investment options lately, and "Stable Value" keeps popping up in my research. It sounds appealing, especially for those of us who want to preserve capital while still earning some interest. I understand it’s usually found in retirement plans and has that safety net vibe.

But I’m curious to know what others think. Is it really a viable option compared to more traditional investments like bonds or cash? Have any of you had experience with Stable Value funds? How do they stack up in terms of returns, liquidity, and risk? I’d love to hear your thoughts or any personal experiences you’ve had!
