Is anyone else concerned about their pension fund performance?

I've been following my pension fund’s growth over the last year, and to be honest, I’m kind of worried. The returns seem lackluster, and with everything going on in the markets, I’m not sure if I should be doing something differently. I’ve heard a few colleagues talking about switching to more aggressive options, but I’m hesitant.

I guess I want to know how others are feeling about their pension funds. Are you sticking with your current plan, or are you thinking about making changes? Has anyone found a way to improve their returns or have insights on what to look into? It feels like such an important topic, and I just want to make sure I’m making the right choices for the future. Would love to hear your thoughts!
