Is Investing in CEO Stock a Good Bet?

I’ve been hearing a lot about companies rewarding their CEOs with huge stock options lately, and it’s got me wondering if investing in these stocks is worth it. On one hand, it feels like if the CEO has a lot on the line, they’ll be more motivated to boost the company’s performance. But then again, I've seen some CEOs cashing out their stock when the prices are high, which raises red flags for me.
