What are your thoughts on Anti Harass tools for trading platforms?

I've been reading up on the whole Anti Harass movement in the trading community, and I’m honestly torn. On one hand, I totally get the need to create a safe environment for traders, especially women and minorities who often face harassment. But on the other hand, I wonder if some of these tools could stifle genuine discussions. Have any of you had experiences with these Anti Harass features? Do they really work, or do they just lead to more issues? I’ve heard mixed reviews about the impact on community engagement.
