Does Board Diversity Really Make a Difference for Companies?
I've been thinking a lot about board diversity lately, especially with all the conversations happening around it in the trading world. It seems like companies are starting to put more emphasis on having diverse boards, and I can’t help but wonder—does it actually impact performance?
I read somewhere that companies with diverse boards tend to be more innovative, but I’m curious about the real-world implications. Have any of you noticed a change in stock performance or company decisions that you could attribute to board diversity? Or do you think it’s just a buzzword that companies are using to appear more progressive without any real benefit?
Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences on this.
