What are your thoughts on distribution strategies in trading?

I've been diving into different trading strategies lately, and the concept of distribution keeps popping up. I know it’s about how stocks or assets are spread out in the market, but I’m curious about how you all approach it. Do you look for certain indicators or signals when you're assessing distribution in a stock?

I’ve seen some traders really focus on volume and price action to identify shifts, but there’s so much information out there that it can get overwhelming. Has anyone found a method that really works for them? I’d love to hear your experiences or any tips you've picked up along the way!
