Is It Time to Switch Auto Parts Suppliers?

I've been working with the same auto parts supplier for a couple of years now, but lately, I've been feeling a bit dissatisfied with their service and pricing. I guess I'm wondering if it’s time to explore other options. What do you guys think? Have any of you made the switch recently? If so, what do you look for in a good supplier?

I’m especially interested in the reliability of their parts, how quickly they can deliver, and if their customer service is responsive. I’d love to hear some recommendations or red flags to watch out for. Are there any suppliers you swear by or ones you'd avoid? Thanks in advance for your insights!
