What’s everyone’s experience with their insurance provider?

I've been shopping around for a new insurance provider lately, and I’m a bit overwhelmed by the options. I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past, so I'm super cautious this time. I've heard mixed reviews about the big names, but some people swear by their local providers.
