What Health Tracker Should I Get?
I’ve been thinking about getting a health tracker to help me keep tabs on my fitness goals, but I’m kind of overwhelmed by all the options out there. I want something that tracks my steps, heart rate, and maybe even sleep patterns. I've looked at a few brands, but the prices vary so much, and I’m not sure if the fancy features are worth it.
If you have a health tracker that you love (or even one you regret buying), I’d really appreciate your thoughts! Are there specific features that you find super helpful, or any deal-breakers? I’m looking for something that’s user-friendly and maybe even has a decent app. Would love to hear what you all think!
