Are Labor Rights Still Relevant in Todays Economy?

I've been thinking a lot about labor rights lately, especially with everything happening in various industries. I see a lot of discussions on social media about working conditions, fair wages, and the push for better benefits, but I can't help but wonder—are these issues still as important as they were a few decades ago?

From what I've noticed, many companies are still trying to cut costs, often at the expense of their employees’ wellbeing. Do you all think that the fight for labor rights is still necessary, or have we made enough progress that we can relax a bit? Also, how do you see this impacting us as traders and our investments? Just curious about everyone's thoughts!
