Is Inclusion in Trading Just a Buzzword?

I've been thinking a lot about the idea of inclusion in trading lately. So many platforms and forums talk about being inclusive, but I often wonder if it truly holds up in practice.

Are we actually welcoming a diverse range of voices and backgrounds, or is it mostly superficial? I see a lot of traders from similar backgrounds exchanging ideas, but what about the strategies and perspectives from people who might not fit the typical mold?

Have any of you noticed real steps being taken towards this in your trading circles? Or do you feel like it’s more of a fad that companies are pushing to look good? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this—do you think we could do better, and if so, how?
